IGF L30 Dough roller can use dough portions from 100gr to 250gr which can be spread anywhere from 10 cm to 30 cm in diameter. The rollers are made of durable non-stick Teflon and the body is made of stainless steel. The dual pass system creates round dough sheets without the need for operator intervention. The adjustable roller allows you to make the dough as thick or thin as you desire. Comes complete with multiple safety features and an optional operational pedal is also available.
