The Bottene Inver 3 is designed for medium scale pasta production. It is capable of producing 2 kilograms of fresh pasta per batch, for a total of 7-9 kilograms of finished product per hour. The Inver 3 comes equipped with several common pasta dies including spaghetti, fettuccine, and lasagna.
